Fastest Weight Loss Method

What if I were to tell you that the fastest weight loss method involves eating more more food? Would you think I was crazy? I bet you would, but unfortunately this day in age people are very misinformed about weight loss and the method that gives the best results is also most unusual because again it requires that you eat more food. So what is this method?

It is called calorie shifting and it is a method of dieting that forces rapid weight loss to occur by enhancing your body's fat burning system and metabolism thus causing fast weight loss to occur. You can usually lose up to 10 or more pounds in under 2 weeks by calorie shifting. But how do you do this?

All that you have to do is eat 4 or more meals a day and mix up the amounts of calories they contain. Basically just eat 4 meals with different calorie values in each meal. When you do this, weight loss will happen VERY rapidly.

It works because when you eat meals in different calorie values (calorie shifting) day after day, this constant change naturally drills your body into increasing its efforts to burn calories, and when that happens your metabolism increases which forces fast weight loss to occur.

Earlier I said that eating more was the key to this diet. Well the more meals you eat and the longer you continue calorie shifting, the faster and greater the weight loss. This is why eating more while calorie shifting at the same time = rapid weight loss.

Calorie shifting is an amazing and flexible diet that anyone can do. It is a much safer and more effective method than taking diet pills or starving yourself.
