When it comes to exercise, make sure you are hitting the gym hard. You want to go at least 5 times a week - and make sure you sweat. Put in an hour of cardio in each session. You want to get your heart pumping and turn your body into a calorie burning machine. Now make sure you aren't pushing your body too hard or putting yourself at risk of exhaustion. But do exercise at the peak of your capabilities and do it often!
